This all noise by Media , Masses on Corruption appears to  me height of hypocracy . Do we know  what  we want  ?  We are  asking for removal  of an evil  which we all are indulging lavishly. Where is not corruption ?  Just  go  any  where  and see it is rampant  and  even  those  departments where it was non- existant  in past  , it is  most  prevalent  for example.  Education  department wherein  right from admission of Boys  to  the  grant  of  transfer of Teachers  their postings what to talk of recruitment.

So  actually what we want  when  something is rampant  and we all  are   part  to  it ;  How it can  be removed ?    There is an  age  old  local saying   which  has always been  true   " रिश्वत लेते पकडे गए , रिश्वत  देकर छूट गए "

So what do we expect  from Lokpal Bill ? Thsesis would  be another legislation , manned by  any of us  who  are always prone to temptations , who always break under pressure . There would not be any change . Already there are enough legislations to nab wrongdoers. But those who have got money power , muscle power or political power go scot free. Few cases are reported for the sake of data  or who cross their limit. There should always be a limit . Excess is bad as old saying goes. 

बीरबल   ने  एक  बार  कहा  था  की  हर  आदमी   चोर  है  , अकबर  ने   कहा  नहीं  ऐसा  नहीं  हो  सकता  . बीरबल   ने   आदेश   करवा दिया  की  कल   अँधेरी  रात  है  रात  को  हर  व्यक्ति  एक  घड़ा  दूध  एक  सूखे  तालाब  मैं  डाले  गा  ताकि  महाराज  अगले  दिन  दूध  के तालाब  मैं  स्नान   कर  सकें .   

रात  मैं  हर  व्यक्ति  ने  सोचा  की  अगर  मैं  घडे  में  पानी ले  जाऊँगा  तो  किसको  पता  चले  गा   सब  लोग   तो  दूध  ला ही  रहे  होंगे  ,  खैर  सुबह जब  अकबर महाराज बीरबल  के  साथ तालाब पर पहुंचे तो पूरा  तालाब पानी  से    भरा  हुआ    था  और  उसमें  दूध  की  सफेदी  का  नामोनिशान  न  था   और  बीरबल  की  बात साबित  हो  गयी  की  हम  सब  चोर  हैं.
